Listed below is the Privacy Policy of Models & Photographers Society. The terms "MPS" and "We" refers to Models & Photographers Society

Section 1 - Consent
By participating in MPS (e.g. accessing and using our website, attending our meet ups, tagging us on any of our social media, or using our hashtag #mpscreatives), you hereby acknowledge that you give us consent to post your photography on our social media or website. Proper credit to the photographer and the model(s) in the image will be given. This allows us to potentially showcase your work. If you are a minor, you hereby consent that a parent or legal guardian is fully aware of your participation in MPS, and that they also agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Section 2 - Community Guidelines
By participating in MPS, you and/or your minor dependent(s) agree to not steal the images or videos of others, harass others in any way whether in or out of MPS, use another's work without permission, or violate this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to block or deny access to MPS for those who violate this Privacy Policy. This includes being blocked from the MPS social media accounts and being denied from participating in MPS. We will contact the proper authorities wherein such a situation should rise.
Section 3 - Liability
By participating in MPS in methods listed in the examples of Section 1 of this Privacy Policy, you agree that MPS is not in any way liable for any damage to equipment, or injury to you, or your minor dependent(s). You agree and hereby accept that you, or your minor dependent(s) are responsible for yo​​ur/their own health and safety during participation. You agree that your or your minor dependent(s)'s participation is fully voluntary, and you will not hold MPS, or any of it's members responsible for any harm resulted in participation. You recognize that MPS will do its best to protect the safety and enforce the well-being of you or your minor dependent(s) during participation of meet ups.
Section 4 - Applying to Become an Ambassador
When applying to become an ambassador, you consent to voluntarily giving MPS your information when prompted to do so. We collect the information listed on the Ambassador Application, which includes, but is not limited to, your email, first name, and city. This information is used for the sole purpose of ensuring the safety and security of MPS members and ambassadors. We will never give out your information to other parties, unless instructed to do so by the law.
Section 5 - Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so it is advised to refer to it frequently. Changes and clarifications take effect as soon as they are published on this website. You may or may not be notified of any changes, so refer back to this page occasionally.
